Good Morning!
I might be entirely crazy, but I'm truly considering auditioning for a production of Godspell and the funny thing is the current production in which I'm involved isn't even over yet!
This probably isn't anything new to someone who is an actress by career, but hey....I do have a life of responsibilities too!
Yet, I can't imagine that there isn't a not-known-to-me reason that these opportunities keep being put in my pathway! Before "A Christmas Carol", I may have browsed the auditions in the paper and maybe thought about it, but I never really thought I'd act on it. My thoughts were maybe "someday"...when I have more time....etc. And I certainly didn't see a chance to audition for something around every corner! And....never in our church's newsletter! This is where I found out about Godspell! With that opportunity falling right into my hands, how can I resist?
There's a saying when troubles abound:
If God brings you to it, He'll bring you through it. I wonder if that applies to only troubles or to doors that He's opening in your life? It's something to think about!
I have until March 1st to decide whether I'm going to go for the audition. I'll keep you posted!
